Around 7:45 AM on February 21, 2014, a child was waiting for their school bus on Shady Lane in the Town of Texas. Sometime between 6pm on Friday, February 8th and 3pm on Saturday, February 9th, 2014, unknown people threw several raw eggs and toilet paper on a residence in the 2000 block of STH 107. Due to the cold weather, the raw eggs froze to the siding and windows of the residence. One section of the vinyl siding was cracked from the eggs striking it.

Marathon County Crime Stoppers is trying to find the people who broke into the chalet and stole property from Sylvan Hill Park in the City of Wausau.
On either February 24th or 25th, 2014, unknown people broke into Sylvan Hill Park chalet by breaking a window. Once inside the building, the people forced their way into various portions of the building, damaging doors and other property. The people stole cash from inside the building and a Nook digital reader which belonged to an employee. Between the damage and theft, Marathon County Parks Department suffered a loss of over $2,000.00.

Marathon County Crime Stoppers is trying to find the people who stole a snowmobile in the Town of Cleveland.
At 11:30 PM, on February 8, 2014, a group of snowmobilers were at a tavern in the Town of Cleveland. The group took off their jackets and left them around a table. One of the jackets; a blue and black Polaris jacket was stolen. When the group went outside, they found their blue and black 2006 Polaris Fusion 600 was stolen. It is believed a white male and white female; both in their late 20’s were involved in the theft. Both people are about 5’7” tall. The snowmobile has been recovered in a field by Bluebird Lane and County Road N in the Town of Cassel. Below is a picture of the missing jacket.

The business was broken into at least two times during January. This winter, multiple ice fishing shanties have been broken into on Lake Wausau and the Eau Claire River within the greater Wausau area. The shanties have been damaged and property was stolen from within them. Items stolen include an ice auger, television, gas cans, lights, and fishing equipment.
People who own fishing shanties which are left on the ice are reminded to remove all property from the shanties when you are not there.

On 09/22/13 about 8:55pm, a male suspect pushed a cart out the back doors of Shopko setting of the alarm. The suspect had filled the cart with about $545 worth of merchandise. On Friday, September 20th about 3:03pm, a white female entered El Mezcal located at 3100 Rib Mountain Drive and asked to speak with a manager. While waiting for the manager, the female glanced behind her at a surveillance camera, walked around the counter, and grabbed the cancer donation jar that was at the front of the counter and left.
The female suspect was wearing a red shirt, jean shorts, and tennis shoes. She has long, dark brown hair that was in a ponytail at the time of the theft.
